Measurement Before Action
No part is replaced until a measurement confirms it is the source of the fault. We do not replace sensors because a code points at them; we test sensor output waveforms against specification before issuing any parts order.
About
The story of pulseudelta.live is a story of choosing the slower, more accurate method every time — because that is what actually fixes cars.
Meet the Team

pulseudelta.live was founded in 2018 by a group of automotive engineers who had spent years inside dealership service centres watching efficient-looking processes produce inefficient outcomes — cars returned to customers with faults partially addressed, diagnostic steps skipped to meet throughput targets, and parts replaced by assumption rather than measurement. The founders wanted to build a workshop where the diagnostic step was never abbreviated. The name pulseudelta reflects that founding principle: pulse for the live electrical signals we read, delta for the measured change between fault state and corrected state. Every repair we authorise starts from a measured baseline and ends with a confirmed delta that proves the fault is gone.
Four principles that shape every decision in the workshop, from how we diagnose to how we communicate with customers.
No part is replaced until a measurement confirms it is the source of the fault. We do not replace sensors because a code points at them; we test sensor output waveforms against specification before issuing any parts order.
Every job produces a written record: the fault found, the test method used, the parts fitted, and the post-repair confirmation check. Customers receive a copy by WhatsApp or email and can refer to it at any future service centre.
We do not promise same-day completion for jobs that require overnight parts delivery or multi-stage repairs. We give honest timelines at the point of booking and update you immediately if the job scope changes once the vehicle is open.
Our technicians attend manufacturer and equipment-supplier training sessions each year. As vehicle electronics evolve — hybrid systems, ADAS calibration, advanced gearbox control units — we ensure the team is equipped to handle the next generation of faults.
“I've been bringing my Hyundai Creta to pulseudelta.live for the past three years. What keeps me coming back is that they show me the data — the before reading, the spec, and the after reading. Last time it was a throttle body carbon clean: they showed me the airflow percentage before at 68% and after cleaning at 97%, both on a live data screen. That kind of transparency is rare.”

The ink-blue exterior and warmwhite interior of the pulseudelta.live workshop are not purely aesthetic choices. The high-contrast colour scheme — deep ink-blue walls against bright white working surfaces — is a practical decision: oil stains, coolant traces, and wiring damage are immediately visible against a white-lit, warmwhite bay floor and bench surface. This helps our technicians spot leaks and wear patterns faster than in a conventionally dark workshop. Our tool inventory is organised on foam-lined shadow boards; every tool has a home, and a missing tool is noticed before a vehicle is returned to the customer. The environment is an extension of our diagnostic philosophy: everything has a known baseline, and deviations are visible.
We operate with a team of six qualified technicians across the four service bays, plus a dedicated service advisor who handles customer communication and job scheduling. We keep the team small deliberately to maintain quality control over every job.
No. pulseudelta.live is an independent workshop. We are not tied to any manufacturer's dealer network, which means our advice is not influenced by brand sales targets or warranty claim policies. We work in the customer's interest, not a manufacturer's retail interest.
We use Autel MaxiSys Pro for multi-brand OBD diagnostics, a Pico Technologies four-channel oscilloscope for waveform analysis, a Hunter Hawkeye Elite 3D alignment rack, and a Road Force Elite tyre balancer. All calibration certificates are current and available on request.
We welcome walk-in inspections — see the bays, meet the team, and decide if our technical approach suits your vehicle.
